1. Acceptance Of Terms
By accessing or using MyWeedGuy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Platform Services
MyWeedGuy is a South African cannabis discovery, referral, and review platform. We help adults find listings, learn from community reviews, and contact suppliers directly. We do not own inventory or physical stores, and we are not the merchant in direct arrangements between users.
4. Seller Terms
4.1 Sellers must provide valid identification and proof of address.
4.2 Listing owners are responsible for accurate profile information, lawful conduct, product quality, and communication with community members.
4.3 MyWeedGuy may verify, feature, suspend, or remove listings at its discretion to protect the platform and community.
4.4 Public-facing wording may use community or club-style language, but listing owners remain responsible for their own conduct and compliance.
5. Courier Terms
5.1 Couriers must have a valid driver's license and verified vehicle.
5.2 Couriers may accept or decline delivery requests.
5.3 Couriers may accept "Smoke for a Tip" offers from customers.
5.4 MyWeedGuy is not liable for courier accidents or delays.
6. Customer Terms
6.1 Customers must be 18+ to place orders.
6.2 MyWeedGuy currently refers users to listings and enables direct contact. Any arrangement, negotiation, payment, delivery, or meetup made directly with a listing is at the user's own risk.
6.3 Review the specific listing after your experience so the next cannabis user has better information in your area.
6.4 A future escrow layer may be introduced later. Unless clearly stated at checkout, escrow is not the default live protection mechanism.
7. Smoke For A Tip
7.1 Customers may offer a smoke as an additional tip to couriers.
7.2 Couriers may accept or decline smoke tips at their discretion.
7.3 Smoke tips are separate from delivery fees and courier payouts.
7.4 MyWeedGuy is not responsible for smoke tip arrangements.
8. Reviews And Community Trust
8.1 Reviews must reflect genuine lived experiences and should not be abusive, deceptive, or retaliatory.
8.2 MyWeedGuy may moderate, remove, or investigate reviews and listings where fraud, impersonation, or repeated complaints are reported.
8.3 Community reviews are an important trust mechanism, but users must still exercise independent judgment and caution.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not sell to minors, sell non-cannabis products, impersonate others, or use the platform for illegal activities.
9. Limitation Of Liability
MyWeedGuy is not liable for product quality, delivery delays, ghosting, non-response, pricing disputes, or other disputes between users. We act as a discovery, referral, and review layer only unless a specific managed transaction flow is explicitly enabled.
