Interaction data: listing claims, orders where used, reviews, moderation activity, and support history.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use data to connect users with listings, publish and moderate reviews, verify identity, prevent fraud, support community safety, improve functionality, and comply with legal obligations. Where managed transaction features are later enabled, related payment and support data may also be processed.

If you opt in to the monthly digest, we also use your email address to send platform updates, market highlights, and Weedu news. You can ask us to stop those digest emails at any time by contacting support.

3. Data Protection

Encryption: sensitive data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Access control: only authorized personnel can access personal information.

Data minimization: we collect only data required for platform operation.

Retention: data is retained only as long as needed or required by law.

4. POPIA Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, and complaint support according to POPIA.

5. Third-Party Providers

We share data only with required providers such as WhatsApp (messaging), email and hosting providers, couriers where deliveries are arranged, payment providers where managed transactions are explicitly enabled, and authorities when legally required.

6. Location Privacy

Customer delivery addresses may be proxied until the courier is close. Exact addresses are removed after delivery completion according to retention policy.
